Anil Kolloth

Anil Kolloth heads the corporate transactional practice at the Firm. He qualified as a lawyer from the Prestigious Indian Law Society, Pune. He is also a post graduate in Personnel Management and Industrial relation from the University of Pune. He has valuable experience in representing some of the leading Fortune 500 on acquisition and mergers. Anil’s particular experience includes structuring investments of foreign companies into India, joint ventures, corporate finance, technology transfer agreements, and IT contracts.

Anil has significant experience in obtaining statutory permission and sanctions from various regulatory and Government bodies, Departments and agencies like FIPB, RBI, DGCA, SIA, MoI, CLB, DoE and MoF.

Anil is involved in infrastructure development, particularly power and telecommunication sectors, which is now being undertaken in India and has been advising international and domestic clients. He has also represented some of the leading Banks and Financial Institutions in the Country.

Binu Radhakrishnan

Binu is a Science and Law Graduate from the University of Kerala, a Fellow of Advanced Marketing from IIAM, Mumbai and a Post Graduate in Foreign Trade Management. He has professional experience as a consultant with a leading Computer Hardware Company for 6 years.

A practicing lawyer before the High Courts in India for the last 8 years, he has worked with leading Technology Law Firms in Bangalore before becoming a Partner at KRIS & KOLLOTH. Binu has tremendous experience in representing Fortune 500 Companies in areas of Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Laws. Binu has quality exposure and experience in Patent practice in India and is a Patent Attorney registered with the Patent Office, Kolkata, India. He has experience in prosecuting Patent applications for some of the leading IT MNC in India and has done a good number of trademark & Copyright litigation before the various courts in India. In addition Binu counsels on IP strategy and IP Portfolio Management. Binu has worked with some of the leading Entertainment Companies in India and abroad advising them on contracts and structuring of Movie and Animation Contracts. He also advices media and television companies on issues related to Broadcast and Copyright issues.

Binu is an eminent speaker before various forums on Intellectual Property matters and is experienced in providing Intellectual Property management training to leading technology and media companies in India.
